- Great benefits - International company with positions and opportunities around the world - In general, nice people and culture
Cons
- Difficult to change things - too political and hierarchical - It doesn't matter if you work hard and want to improve things/projects/ways of working. Salary raise and recognition will be practically the same as if you don't do that.
