      Pros

      Great job for a graduate because you have opportunity to earn more money than normal by travelling, travelling can make the job interesting especially at the beginning, lots to learn, relaxed working environment.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for jobs which don't involve travel or earn a competitive salary after a few years experience. So after a few years, many people move on to other companies either to stop travelling or earn money matching their experience.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
