Pros

Good name in the CV Good technical knowledge and reference Good on-hands experience Flexible working hours Excellent place for non engineering jobs Good place to work with minimum effort unnoticed

Cons

No actual fairness, the mid and high management are all Italian (according to the nationality of the chairman in Egypt, in Turkey the chairman in Turkish and so is the management and so on) No transparency No retention for employees No clear policies No stability Polices are always used against employees and never for their sake No respect (I remember RMEA chairman was transferring to us a very serious message regarding layoff and instead of showing any respect he was just laughing and was telling jokes as if every thing was OK from his side) Foreign managers are just doing nothing and getting very high salaries (almost 10 times the local stuff in addition to accommodation, medical insurance and scholar ships

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
