      Pros

      There are some nice people at the office but that is about the only good thing I have to say.

      Cons

      There is no trust in the office. The breach caused a huge disruption to Day to Day operations and any day could be your last. Compensation is below average and benefits are so-so. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. Your manager will not have your back and will throw you under the bus at first opportunity.

      My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

      Cons

      There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
