      Good work, depends on luck. If no work then utilize have fun. Not so much pressure.

      Cons

      Micro management, no focus, no professional people around. No proper canteen. Lot of politics and attrition rate is high

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
