      Difficult to manage siloed corporate structure to be successful. Have to depend on multiple departments and people to do your job correctly and efficiently.

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
