Pros
A salary. That is all.
Cons
Micromanagement at its finest. You’re expected to sit at your desk for 12 hours straight, and if they don’t see you there, they’ll raise an eyebrow. Zero training. The Team Lead has no interest in teaching you anything. Whether it’s insecurity or just poor social skills, expect to learn through interrogation rather than proper guidance. Even then, don’t expect full explanations. You’re just a number. They don’t care about you—if you’re sick, they won’t ask how you’re feeling, only when you’re coming back. Low pay, no shift allowance. WBD and QVC, both nearby, offer far better conditions and salaries. Many employees complain about the pay. A depressing job. You won’t learn or do anything valuable. Take this role only if you have no other option, and get out as soon as possible.
