You get to learn how to deal with difficult people. There was a pay raise to stop high turnover. Great place to start your career and move on.
Cons
The first thing is the management is absolutely horrible. I'm not sure if they inherited the position due to "time served" or if they are actually qualified but they absolutely need more training. Channel launches are led by complete confusion where technical issues are not solved before going live but they continue to happen while management has no idea why or how to solve them. This is when the snowball starts rolling downhill. It's a little sad because the last 3 complex channel launches followed the same suit where there is a technical issue that no one can solve and worse don't know why it's happening. I've seen completely happy people just completely not care after a few months after being hired.
