      Flexible and good people overall.

      Cons

      There’s no culture and high turnover in most areas. There’s also a lack of organization and processes that can make some situations challenging. The opportunity for growth really isn’t there as well.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
