      Pros

      Free Lunch and learning experience to move on to a better managed and better paid job. Will form some great friendships while there b/c the people are easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers, some overwork while other underwork, pay is below industry standard and they have the money to pay people. They're just being cheap running it like a sweatshop. Most people have part-time odd jobs in addition to working there.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
