Clueless or don't care? - Anonymous Encompass Digital Media Employee Review

Where to begin? The basic problem is that Encompass is not one of those companies that believes it's employees are it's strong point. The bottom line is the bottom line, and we are all expendable. Salaries are low for this industry, and as a result we lose a lot of good people. After paying for out "Thanksgiving Lunch", no Christmas Party, bonus etc. and paying yet again a bigger portion of our Health Insurance, it is clear to us all that any profit is not to be shared with those of us that keep this machine running smoothly. Walk down the hall here sometime, and you will see people that are not at all happy with Encompass. We all look like zombies!
