      A paycheck, gated parking lot

      Low pay, negative work enviornment, low morale, lack of respect for employees, lack of communication, workload, poor management, cutting corners, sacraficing quality to save money, disconnect with low level employees, not caring what employees think.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
