      -Learned the digital media business quickly -Advanced to management quickly -Experienced hiring, firing, business reviews, and product proposals -Lead entire SLDC, from start to launch of our application to various studios

      -Bad communication amongst executives -Bad practices in all areas of business -Disorganized workforce -Poor employee salaries and benefits -Everything is cheap at Encompass

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
