      Some groups got to work from home once a week

      Antiquated thinking and environment Company desperately struggling to keep up with industry change Very little chance for advancement Zero transparency Management gets an annual bonus but salaries were frozen company wide for more than a year.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
