Pros
Excelent company to start career but the career runs in a very low speed.
Cons
The career plan is bad. The table of salaries has been freezed for a long time but in Brazil there is a huge inflation, what make the employee lose power of purchase. And, the employee participation in the company profits is ridiculous. It is close to a joke.
