      The staff is friendly great hours and good pay. There is a strong family vibe and they’re very welcoming. Not your average work drama kind of environment

      Cons

      There are a lot of families working within the program and people who are very close so there is a lot of favoritism. The sites all have their different quirks and can be a bit disorganized
