      Pros

      Mostly you will be working on development projects. Good work culture, employee benefits. Knowledgeable higher management. Good tech stack but limited to Microsoft technologies. Higher management encourage to do certifications. EDC has a lot of good and stable products.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
