In recent years the company has started downsizing. It started about 4 years ago in our division. Went from a salary of about $42k+18% of all additional sales -which a decent worker could make about 80k a year with- to an hourly pay that fluctuates based on the amount of revenue you generate in a week. That system has now moved company wide for all field level employees and everyone has seen massive paycuts.
This used to be a great company to work for because you could make awesome money. I make pretty good sales for the company, but the sales never seem to add up in my paycheck like they should. Any salary review you see pre 2019 is wrong. Expect to make between $48-$60k/year. Anyone who makes more than that just got lucky and has customers who spend LOTS of money.
