      Pros

      - Great Flexibility with work and personal life. - Company Car - Other Perks and incentives

      Cons

      - Lacking structure and relevance to some positions/roles - Cronyism - Not enough help or support for men and women in the front lines - Disproportionate Pay and almost impossible to understand compensation plan... In fact, 90% of the front line does not know how they get paid. The plan is very confusing and brushed off quickly.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
