Free car, gas, etc and steady pay and so DEI supportive they nvr fire anyone, even the slackers who dont produce.
Cons
Erodes confidence in management. Asks age when promotion opportunities exists. Only promotes young, college aged people. If over 40 very difficult, changes rules to promote management friends.
