Pros
The starting pay is great out of college for an entry level candidate. Great campus, great people (mostly), very good benefits, relaxed atmosphere
Cons
Very serious politics at play with this company. No logical reasoning behind who gets promoted and who doesn't. You can do the exact same work as somebody else, and they could be 2 levels ahead of you, just depending on who their boss is. No room to grow, and it is so job-specific that you learn very little skills that apply to somewhere else. Starting salary is excellent for college graduates, but then as the years go by you start to see that the difference in your salary between your 1st year and 10th year is minimal (maybe 10-15k more) and it won't that much of an improvement in the future. Managers create a very unprofessional working environment (at least from my experience). They talk about employees in a negative way, and create an almost high schoolish atmosphere. This is not every manager, but more than you would think.
