Pros

Great campus...access to high end, marquee sports, i.e. MNF, SportsCenter, NBA Finals, College Game Day. All the premiere sports loved watching as a fan. Free Disney, large Co bonus at end of year, able to brag to friends work for ESPN, sports celebs in and out all the time....Walk on campus and its pretty cool...

Cons

Toxic, cut throat environment, will be in the same position for ever...Underserving promotions, amazed how some people rise to the top...almost criminal... Little or no co worker camaraderie. Overall just not a fun place to work. You just work and work...Hard to watch some people who do j..k and rise to the top, while others remain stagnant. If you are happy punching a clock, doing your job with no thought of moving up and working for Disney/ESPN you'll be fine. I've seen people in the same position, good workers, for over 20 years...Constantly watching your back, and tons of finger pointing, back stabbing and behind the scenes movement. One day your working on a cool project and for some reason you are taking of it ...for no reason....You'll be hearing Just keep doing what your doing for years....and stuck in the same boat or sport forever...very easy to get labeled...one bad day and it will stick with you for ever, and very hard to get out of that rut....Constant fear of layoffs...but hard to get fired, the co. will just make life hell for you until you quit....It is not a dream job....its a job...sorry....

Pros

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
