      Great team environment and a great place to grow. Your managers and team always provide feedback and critiques quarterly and everyone is willing to work hard and together to get the job done. Hard work in terms of committment and intentionality, but great environment.

      Sometimes balance and overworking can be an issue in production.

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
