Pros

People that work here are the best in the business, and a work/life balance is strongly encouraged. The company is is position to succeed in the long term.

Cons

...depending on the department, you're not really paid like you're best in the business. Sometimes you get caught up in the fact that you work on sports and entertainment, and forget that your equals/colleagues in the industry are probably being paid 15-20% more than you are.

A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

Cons

Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
