      Pros

      ESPN/Disney has decent compensation and perks. Always work to be done because the company never stops growing.

      Cons

      Way too may mid and senior level managers. Actual workers get little appreciation and less and and less help. Disney needs to go over ESPN management and start making the deadwood (of which there is a ton) retire.

      Pros

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
