      Working at the largest sports media company in the world, your work is seen by a lot of people

      Cons

      Young people don't have much say, so you won't get to change much that happens here. If you love their shows, you should work here. If you don't love their shows, it will be a struggle to enjoy your job

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
