      Pros

      Free Disney passes, looks good on a résumé, good for gaining experience, great for networking, higher ups are generally open to talking

      Cons

      They don't care about Production Assistants, not of enough advancement opportunities, some anchors are a pain to work with, very political, they know that there are a million people wanting your job so they don't have to respect you, you're just a number, vacation policy sucks, not journalism

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
