Pros

Cafeteria - is like a "This is SportsCenter" commercial. Cool to see talent behind you in line for pizza. On-campus celebs and athletes/events- Walking down the hall and passing KG or Tom Cruise or Lil' Wayne or The Rock or coming to work seeing NASCAR's set up there for the day is cool. The basketball court and football/soccer field outside and the video games inside the cafeteria Many locations around the country (and world) I feel respected and valued Great internal communications to keep everyone abreast of changes and developments Feedback is encouraged and participation in setting company priorities is a company-wide initiative Company priorities truly determine the strategic direction of business decisions for the coming year Great opportunities for exposure and involvement in a variety of sports properties and media platforms Disney Themeparks: free admission for self and dependents, 2 free passes to give away twice/year, free parking, free strollers, and big discounts in the park. Free ESPN the Magazines Cable TVs on our desks Technologically advanced workplace with great videoconferencing options Diverse workforce Industry leader

Cons

Long trips to/from Bristol and New York Missing a lot of "on-campus perks" like the fitness center and athlete appearances by not being in Bristol Only "certain" groups get perks, party passes, game tickets, and swag. You can work here for years and rarely do anything "really cool" unless you network with a cool kid who'll share their perks with you. Feels like a "college campus" where the popular kids get the love. Also feels like an "old boy's club". Lots of "who you know" involved in hiring.

Pros

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
