Pros

Lots of collaboration between editorial & brand solutions teams. Employees who work for & on ESPN projects are not only passionate about sports but their work as well.

Cons

Sales is lazy & rely almost entirely on brand solutions/others to do their jobs, staffing doesn't keep up with demand, employee burnout is high & there is no significant focus on mental health/employee causes.
