      Pros

      ESPN invests in it's people, cares for and develops them. An environment where you can learn, grow, and take on new opportunity for growth. Great people to work for, a very positive workplace!

      Cons

      There are no cons I can think of. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to work. If you are not passionate about what you do, then this might not be the place for you.

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
