Pros

Great place to work, but not like the commercials Perks - Zero tickets to games. Best perk is the Disney passes Benefits - The doctors I see say the benefits package I have is pretty good Promotions - are hard to come by.

Cons

Lack of promotions and low compensation lead to this being a pretty cutthroat place. Very typical to have multiple people fighting for expanded roles and assignments in the hopes of advancement.

A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

Cons

Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
