Pros

Excellent company perks & benefits

Cons

They must stop hiring/promoting someone referred by a friend or the 'Yes Ma'am's' known as the old Boy's Club mentality. Upper Management needs to wake up to better understanding what's really going on in their organization. Work/Life Balance - Tough work schedules/shift hours Low Pay - Salary not competitive with the current job market
