      Pros

      Bristol is a beautiful campus. My commute was a joke. 12 minutes with no traffic. If you are dedicated to doing great storytelling, there is opportunity to work on very high quality projects.

      Cons

      ESPN's growth has outpaced many employees ability to contribute in an effective manner. ESPN would never relieve itself of these employees. This created a culture of entrenchment. Not the best.

      Pros

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
