You have to suck up in order to get ahead. - They promote people who don't have a clue what they are doing - Often found myself stagnant and not learning anything - Very corporate culture - Exec management is slow to make decisions and when they do make decisions, it's detrimental to the future of the company. - Bristol CT is awful.
