      Pros

      There are numerous benefits and I miss working there as I grew in my profession and had the opportunity learn every day.

      Cons

      Favoritism runs rampant. There are people there who only given opportunities to excel as long as two things happen; you consistently agree with their decision and consider that person infallible. If you do not agree with these two points, you quickly fall behind.

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
