If you see an opening in international finance (there usually are for a reason), keep moving. That team is a disaster and the dinosaurs that directly manage it are the reason. They have been there forever and don't look like they are going anywhere anytime soon. Case in point-the turnover is exceptionally high. Unless you like to put in a ton of hours on pointless projects that will just be overlooked anyways, move on.
