Pros

There are TV's on every desk. There are lots of affordable neighborhoods within easy commuting distance to Bristol. Benefits are pretty good, as a part of the Disney corporate family. Working on sports is a dream job for many people.

Cons

Long hours are expected, and results in lots of turnover in the lower ranks. Bristol is a little too quiet of a place for single people. There are layers upon layers of management, leading to lots of jobs that are not quite as important or as empowered as they might seem.
