Pros

Name recognition as a way to further your career at another similar employer. Prospective employers see espn on your resume and it opens doors at other jobs for you.

Cons

Very crappy pay and no recognition of accomlishments unless you kiss the right ass. It's all about who you shmooze and who you make happy. Make the right person happy and you advance, make the wrong person unhappy and start looking for a new job. Very bad way for management to run a company.

A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
