      Pros

      There are lots of benefits and perks that come with being part of walt disney company. One underutilized one is career development programs (aside from free disney passes which is all anyone cares about)

      Cons

      It is hard to take time off without feeling guilty or stressed out because many departments and roles are understaffed.

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      Cons

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
