Pros

You work for ESPN plain and simple. Your work day involves watching and talking about sports. You are up to date on all of the latest news and get to work with some of your favorite sports personalities, not to mention the occasional athlete drop in. And if your looking for a job that make people envious this is it. Tell someone you work for ESPN and you almost always get a positive response.

Cons

The hours make it nearly impossible to have a social life away from work and dont expect for your hard work to pay off in a raise or promotion.

A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
