Pros

If you're a sports fan, and have a thirst for sports knowledge, what better place to learn than at The Worldwide Leader in Sports, ESPN. The benefits are real good and supervisors are very understanding as far as time off.

Cons

Depending on the position, the hours can be rather stressing. Not so much the amount of hours, but the time of day a person' shift is. I work 3rd shift, and the department I work in is on the non-production side, consequently the productivity isn't too high. Also, in my particular department, there isn't much flexibility because of the few people that work in my department.

A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

Cons

Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

You get to work on cool events and shows.

Cons

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
