There are not really pros of working at ERGO, but you only have to work 38 h a week. If you work more, you can decide, if you want to get money or spare time. The colleagues are pleasant.
Cons
No appreciation, no chances to work abroad, no opportunities to improve your language skills, not much money, bad chances of advanced training, no chances of advancement.
