Career Opportunities, they do an outstanding job of promoting from within. Dow has an outstanding employee development process, and uses a performance management process to determine top talent within the company. These process always employees to determine the level of success that they want to acheive within the company.
Cons
Dow does not truly care about the "human element" as much as they say. Senior management seems to only make decisions that benfit themselves the most. If Senior Management cared more about their current employees Dow would be an outstanding place to work.
