Pros

Lots of cross over and variety of positions. Awesome Banquet Manager. Money could be excellent if in Bistro.

Cons

Terrible bistro management and overall management. Terrible outdoor station set-ups (there were none) and physical work obstacles to working outdoor patio to ensure respectful dining experiences. Horrible Bistro Bar management and overall management. Understaffed and terribly run at the expense of guests.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
