Pros

They Hilton brand overall will go over board to make their clients happy irregardless of coast involved to get them happy

Cons

They neglect the people who make Hilton what it is. They management at cooperate is grate but local management is based on threatening and lying to employees. The pay is very poor. Housekeepers earn less than a dollar a day. Company does not care if people leave the attitude is to get more people. I doubt the cooperate office and ceo are aware of what is really going on at the grassroot level. They don't even care of the company values. They have a pathetic care committee which is useless as they don't care. Time to look for better opportunities that value employees. Night manager earns 3000aed a month.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
