Pros

-The coworkers were the only upside -Good hotel discounts (but never any time off to actually use it)

Cons

-Management cares about the numbers and thats pretty much it, your well being as an employee is expendable -Very high turn around, which is a true testament to the management -HR is unresponsive and will act like they do not receive phone calls or messages -No stability in front office (working overnight then come back to work 5 hours later the next day) -Will lie to you about hours and scheduling to get you in the door then will proceed to burn you out -There is no warm water in the hotel most days yet no one in management has done anything about it (coworkers told me this problem has been the same for several years)

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
