Pros

The front desk team was great

Cons

Management and owners don't care about the staff. Over worked us all, scheduled under the bare minimum to get by, leaving staff to deal with giant line ups and angry guests, all to make as much money as possible.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
