You can build a relationship with the Housekeeping manager and let her know if you need time off or be a little flexible on the schedule

Cons

The place is not well managed in general and a lot of the work, problems and headaches go to to the houskeeping department so it gets stressful

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
