Pros

Fully remote Some very nice people HR hiring process was good

Cons

High turnover rate of employees Management is a bit poor and inexperienced Salary is lower than market average Trying to contact the right persons can take days (not ideal when you have a very important regulatory submission that needs to be submitted) Requesting information and statistics from different teams and getting completely different answers The MLRO is required to do analyst tasks such as transaction monitoring. This is really bad. You can end up working until late at night every day without time for lunch sometimes

Pros

Great camaraderie among colleagues, who are always willing to help with any issues you face and support you in navigating the complexities of the business. The company is likely to continue growing and may become a better place to work in the future.

Cons

The work environment is quite toxic, with a culture that no longer aligns with what you typically see in product-driven companies today. Work-life balance is poor, and there isn’t much room for recognition. The benefits are not competitive compared to other companies in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not used to dealing with constant pressure, often without a clear purpose, and working in an environment where everything is treated as an emergency, regardless of employee well-being. I witnessed too many burnouts and layoffs during my time, which was alarming.
