Pros

Remote work and great colleagues. It's a good opportunity to stay for 1 year when you're young. They only hire young and mostly unexperienced people to avoid paying high compensations.

Cons

Absurdly long work days, no career development, low pay, hard to get raises, no bonus payments. You can't benefit from the flexible working hours if your responsibilities demand you to work more than 12 hours per day, and you still can't reach your goals.

Pros

Great camaraderie among colleagues, who are always willing to help with any issues you face and support you in navigating the complexities of the business. The company is likely to continue growing and may become a better place to work in the future.

Cons

The work environment is quite toxic, with a culture that no longer aligns with what you typically see in product-driven companies today. Work-life balance is poor, and there isn’t much room for recognition. The benefits are not competitive compared to other companies in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not used to dealing with constant pressure, often without a clear purpose, and working in an environment where everything is treated as an emergency, regardless of employee well-being. I witnessed too many burnouts and layoffs during my time, which was alarming.
